How do I place a custom cake order?
You can use our Custom Cake page to select your preferred flavors, weights, occasion details, and submit directly to our master bakers via WhatsApp so you can share reference images instantly!
How far in advance should I order a custom or wedding cake?
We recommend placing custom order inquiries at least 2 to 4 days in advance to allow our chefs to prepare fresh premium ingredients and craft your unique design.
Can I send a custom photo or reference image for my cake?
Yes! When you submit a custom cake request on our website, clicking 'Instant WhatsApp Inquiry' connects you directly with the owner on WhatsApp where you can attach reference images.
Delivery & Pickup
What are your delivery hours and coverage areas?
We deliver across Virar, Vasai, Thane, and Mumbai municipal areas from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Is same-day delivery available?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for our signature bestseller cakes and everyday sweet treats ordered before 12:00 PM, subject to kitchen capacity.
What is the minimum order for home delivery?
Minimum order value for home delivery is ₹499.
